Who I am
Hello! I am Meagan Porter and I live in Washington State with my husband and son. As my career has taken many shifts and turns, my passion has always remained the same- human and organizational development. Starting my career journey in education as a teacher, then moving into sales and training, I found my home in corporate learning and organizational development for almost 10 years. There I held various roles in the areas of training and facilitation, program management, instructional design, communications, onboarding, performance consultant, change management and organizational design.
